Refund & Returns Policy

At GreenMan Leather Gear, we take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Overview

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

  • Intimate wear or BDSM gear that comes into direct contact with skin

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

  • Sale or promotional items

Return Eligibility

To complete your return:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our support team.

  • Please do not send products back without confirmation.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company (some delays may occur).

  3. Then contact your bank, as it may take a few days for posting.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us first at info@greenmanleathergear.com for return authorization.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
