At GreenMan Leather Gear, we take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Overview

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be accepted after this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns require prior authorization from our support team—please do not send items without approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized bondage gear and fetish wear

  • Products that have been worn, altered, or used

  • Intimate or skin-contact items such as harnesses, restraints, or lingerie

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@greenmanleathergear.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Upon approval, carefully package the item and ship it back using a tracked service.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first.

  • Contact your credit card company to confirm transaction timelines.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@greenmanleathergear.com to start the process.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift:

  • Returns will be credited with a gift certificate for the returned amount after we receive the item.

  • If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
