 No Free Shipping

All shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and are clearly stated before checkout or invoiced separately for B2B and custom orders.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• All items are handmade to order. Production time ranges from 5–15 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

• Once completed, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

• All orders are shipped via trackable and insured carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partners).

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or VAT. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review it carefully and notify us of any errors immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed items, private-label gear, and special requests are welcomed. However:

• All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• We require written confirmation before production begins.

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that period, we begin production, and the order becomes non-cancellable due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
